Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
- Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
1.1. To enroll in our affiliate program, individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) must complete the registration process on our website.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to join the affiliate program at our sole discretion. - Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products and/or website using the provided coupon codes or referral URLs.
2.2. Affiliates should adhere to ethical marketing practices and must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotional activities.
2.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their coupon codes or referral URLs are properly tracked and used by their customers during the checkout process. - Commission and Payment:
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, express shipping, and returns) for each completed order made using their coupon code or referral URL.
3.2. Commissions will be calculated and paid monthly via PayPal.
3.3. Affiliates must have a minimum commission balance of $50 to be eligible for payment. If the balance is below this amount, it will be carried forward to the next month.
3.4. Payments will be made within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. - Prohibited Activities:
4.1. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.2. Affiliates must not use their coupon codes or referral URLs on coupon aggregator websites or similar platforms without our prior written consent.
4.3. Affiliates must not bid on our brand name or variations thereof as keywords in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. - Termination:
5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the affiliate has violated any terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent or unethical activities. - Modification of Terms:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal.
6.2. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
By enrolling in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
